Large antique Victorian quality carved oak armchair having a wonderful quality carved oak top with carved oak leaves, barley twist supports, carved oak leaves to the centre splat with reeded supports. The seat is newly reupholstered in burgundy leather. It boasts an attractive carved frieze, open arms with leather arm rest and fantastic carved oak lions heads. It stands on barley twist legs with turned feet united by barely twist stretchers.

A splendid example of first-class Victorian design and craftsmanship.
