Regency Silk Lined Workbox of Rosewood and Inlaid Mother of Pearl

Description

A lovely rosewood and mother of pearl inlay

Standing on carved bun feet and having wooden ring handles, this box is totally authentic The interior is lined with the original blue silk and paper. There are 4 original cotton reels present with mother of pearl tops.

The condition is good overall except for a small dent on the top of the box and a small nick on the back edge.These very small blemishes are hardly noticeable. See pictures.

It is of a substantial size and a lovely Regency example.
