A good pair of early 20th century walnut Gainsborough armchairs, the shaped back with stuffover arms to scrolling downswept supports over a wide seat with straight moulded seatrail and standing on carved cabriole supports terminating in ball and claw feet. English circa 1920. Seat depth 55 cm (21.5”)

Condition: Excellent, the chairs are solid and very comfortable to sit in. The upholstery is clean and in good condition.
