Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.

Mary Gregory glass refers to glassware decorated with white enamel silhouettes, typically depicting children in natural settings, popularised during the late nineteenth century in the United States and Europe.

These items are crafted from coloured or clear glass, featuring hand-painted designs applied with white vitreous enamel, often fired at high temperatures to bond the pigment to the glass surface.

Authenticity is determined by examining the hand-mixed enamel texture, pontil marks on the base, metal mount characteristics, and appropriate wear consistent with age.

These small decorative pieces function effectively on dressing tables, mantelpieces, or bedside tables, adding historical character and a splash of colour to minimalist spaces.

Clean gently using lukewarm water and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive cloths that can damage the delicate enamel work.
