A most wonderful 18th Century Mahogany Armchair in the manner of Thomas Chippendale of outstanding golden faded colour, having a beautiful and elegantly carved back with fine details to the flowing acanthus leaf and C scrolls which adorn the crest legs and splat. The shaped arms and uprights flowing in perfect harmony and terminating with finely carved scrolls. In perfect original condition remaining solid and strong and having lost no height from the feet. Circa 1760.
