Fine Regency period gilt-wood convex mirror (Girandole) having well-carved stylized sea horse on a rocky ground cresting above turned frame with gilt balls and molded rim, acanthus leaves holding twist turned sconce arms, above sheaf base, the whole with good rich surface of gilt and bronzed highlights and with original mercury glass convex plate. 1040mm high, 690mm wide and 230mm deep.
