Upholstered and very decorative Gothic revival Arts & Crafts library armchair in solid oak with ebony and box wood string inlays, circa 1880.

Very well made armchair and is super comfortable, definitely an armchair you could spend an evening in…the geometric pattern upholstery with the scrolled braid contrast with the oak well making this a very handsome armchair.

In good solid condition, cleaned and polished, newly upholstered and stands on its original castors to the front legs too.
