19th Century Louis XVI Style Painted Bergère Armchair
A late 19th-century French Louis XVI style carved white painted bergère armchair. The carved painted frame features a shaped crest rail flanked by carved finials above the upholstered back, elbow rests, and seat, with scrolling arms. It is supported on turned stop-fluted tapering legs. Upholstered in a sumptuous square-patterned quality fabric in yellow with blue lines. These chairs are classically designed with timeless French elegance, sure to elevate the style of any interior. The seat height of the chair is 48cm (18.9'').
