Description

A superb early 20th-century curved bowed corner display cabinet, very likely made by Sage & Co. Ltd. The renowned London firm known for crafting high-quality shop fittings and bespoke display furniture.

This piece features newly installed toughed top glass , and new bowed glass front and side. the counter has a wonderful framed with a brass trim, and a parquetry oak base with a rich, honey-toned finish. The cabinet is raised on carved tapering legs with decorative brass-mounted castors, and includes adjustable glass shelves and a rear access door with original brass fittings.

While unlabelled, the craftsmanship, form, and materials are consistent with known examples by Sage & Co.
