A handsome early 20th century mahogany display cabinet of bow-front form, dating from the early 1900s Constructed in mahogany, the cabinet features elegant curved glass ends, a fully glass top, and three glass doors fitted with ring handles.
The interior is fitted with adjustable glass shelves supported by ebonised uprights and retains a blue-green lined base, providing an attractive backdrop for displayed items. The curved end glass and top allow excellent visibility from all angles, making the cabinet ideal for the display of jewellery, silver, collectables, or retail merchandise.
Raised on a moulded plinth base, the cabinet displays the quality craftsmanship associated with early 20th century shopfitting. It remains in good original condition, showing the expected signs of age and use acquired over many decades, including wear to the plinth, surface scratches to the glass, and age-related patination throughout.
A practical and highly decorative display cabinet with exce
