Antique Victorian Swivel Desk Chair

Description

A superb antique Victorian swivel desk chair. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1880-1900 period.

The frame is beautifully made from solid ash, with an upholstered leather back and arms. It is very sturdy and comfortable, the seat swivels nicely on the base.

We have had the backrest re-upholstered in leather which has been hand coloured to give this beautiful brown tone. The frame has been re-polished, it is in very good condition, with various small marks here and there remaining beneath the polish, commensurate for age.

Depth – 25 inches , 64 cm

Height – 34 inches , 87 cm

Seat height – 18 inches , 46 cm
