Fine example of a Victorian armchair of great quality with a carved mahogany frame. Set on lets original brass castors with white ceramic wheels & well upholstered currently with a gold Dralon material. Feature buttoned back.
This chair has a real presence & is ready for use. Originally (we are informed) the chair was located in the study of a country house & about 25 years ago was acquired by a local farmer who had it
re-upholstered thereafter having been kept in the ”Sunday” parlour of the farmhouse which is why it remained virtually unused for many years.
Inspection of this excellent chair is welcomed.
Seat pad is 53cm wide, 46cm wide & 42cm high.
