Regency Painted Armchair

A regency period open armchair, with fabulous dolphin scroll armrests. C.1820
 
In original cream paint with parcel gilt detail, raised on sabre legs, terminating in original cope’s brass castors.
 
Traditionally upholstered in a Titley and Marr Balmoral ‘Eau De Nil’ shade damask fabric, finished with a George Spencer trim. Stamped twice with makers name ‘I.HELE.’ to the underside.
