Description

An attractive jewellery or watch box in rosewood that dates to around 1860

In original antique condition, with a deep rich waxed finish and a strong rosewood grain configuration.

With a brass escutcheon and cartouche ( blank for your own inscription if desired)

It has been lined with hand printed paper which is scourced from the Vintage Paper Co on Orkney

With a lift out tray with compartments and black pads to protect your valuables

Has its’ original working lock and key

A nice elegant item that would make a very desirable present for a loved one

Measures 12 inches wide, 9 inches deep and 5 inches high
