Description

This is an antique French gilt wood fauteuil armchair which dates from around 1890. The chair has a beautiful gilded and gessoed hardwood frame which is in very good original order and has firm joints. It is upholstered in a very pretty fabric which has a scrolling floral design in shades of ivory, blush pink, coral and green. This too is in excellent clean condition and suits the chair well.

The chair measures 80 cms high 64 cms wide by 56 cms deep.
