An Attractive Victorian broad Arm Windsor chair in Yew wood with an elm seat the upper back splat is a very attractive piece of Burr Yew which were saved especially for this purpose , almost certainly made in Worksop North Nottinghamshire by Isaac Allsop who was the largest chair maker in the town, Worksop was an important Chair making town in the 19th century partly because of its closeness to Clumber park and its abundance of Yew trees, The Chair is in Excellent condition.
