Description

Victorian walnut document box 30cm wide with all-round brass edging and a brass military style indented handle to the top.

We have cleaned and polished this box and it glows, it really does. The figured walnut really is special.

The inside was grubby and so we have relined it in a dark blue velvet and so it is now mint condition, and absolutely ready to use.

It comes with working key and it would be great as a box for papers on a desk, or even as a bits and pieces box for a dressing table.
