A 19th Century Tunbridge wear writing slope, in rosewood. With walnut, rosewood, yewwood, satin birch, Kingwood, veneer. It has really fine boxwood and ebony in late to the edge and has been painted inside. It retains the original velvet writing surface with the original inkwells. A lovely piece and does have a 3-D look like the pictures. C1830
