Carse Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The drawers all have a fancy boxwood and ebony line around the edges. The mirror base is also boxwood strung around the edge.

The oblong mirror has the same boxwood and ebony line around it as the drawers. The uprights have a multi reeded face with lovely shape turned wooden finials at the top. The mirror plate is clean. It's just that bit better than average.
The mirror is in good condition and is a nice colour with waxed finish.
