Description

Dating from the mid 19th century, these oak hall chairs have boldly carved shield shaped backs adorned with large, paper-scroll carving flanking central cartouches above serpentine fronted seats. The cabriole front legs have scroll carved ears and end in volute feet. English circa 1850.
