Chair Fine Early Victorian Oak & Chestnut Leather Armchair C1840

Here we have a wonderful fine quality early Victorian Oak and leather armchair c1840. As you can see the chair has great colour and patina. There is a beautiful carved reeded decoration throughout this chair. There are cross reeded finials to the side support tops. The side supports also have beautiful reeded decoration which extends to the outer sides. The reeded moulding also carries on along the arms either side of the leather. The arm terminates in a wonderful reeded circular moulding. There are well turned arm supports and well turned legs with ceramic casters. There is a sumptuous leather seat and deep buttoned back. A super chair in fantastic retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 104 cm high 64 deep 70 cm wide.
