An unusual Regency rosewood brass inlaid teapoy of sarcophagus form. The cross banded and brass lined lid having a central brass contrepartie decorative panel. The front having conforming brass inlay with large brass ring handles to the sides. The interior fitted with four removable lidded caddy’s and two positions for glass mixing bowls.The lyre shaped upright with further brass inlay and leading to the concave sided platform with four brass line inlaid sabre legs terminating in brass paw castors. The whole in good original condition. English circa 1810. Dimensions:- Height…31’’/ 79cm. Width…17’’/ 43cm. Depth…12’’/ 30.5cm. Delivery to most of UK Mainland £50.
