A Fine Set of Four Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs

A charming set of four Georgian mahogany dining chairs of elegant and understated form, displaying the simple, refined lines characteristic of the period.

The chairs are raised upon tapered front legs, with elegant sabre-shaped back legs, all united by an H-frame stretcher providing strength and stability.

The backs feature attractive fluted uprights and matching fluted top rails, adding subtle decorative detail while retaining the chairs’ wonderfully restrained Georgian appearance.

The lift-out seats have recently been reupholstered in a quality fabric, providing both comfort and a fresh, sophisticated appearance.

A particularly versatile set of Georgian dining chairs, beautifully suited to both traditional and more contemporary interiors. Presented in good condition.
