Description

A charming Edwardian rectangular wall mirror, circa 1910, featuring a beautifully figured satinwood frame with contrasting dark green fabric panels.

The architectural pediment is surmounted by a central carved winged cherub's head, flanked by decorative scrolling foliage and turned finials at either end.

The mirror retains its elegant period character, with warm golden tones to the satinwood providing a striking contrast against the deep green fabric. The frame is further enhanced by fine moulded detailing surrounding the rectangular mirror plate.

A particularly decorative example of Edwardian craftsmanship, ideal for a hallway, drawing room or bedroom.
