A charming Edwardian comb‑back Windsor armchair in oak, displaying the classic silhouette of the period with its gently curved crest rail and a row of finely turned spindles forming the traditional comb‑back. The generously shaped seat — standing at 44cm high — is carved for comfort, set above well‑turned legs united by stretchers for strength and stability. The oak has matured to a warm, mellow patina, giving the chair a lovely depth of colour and a sense of long‑loved use. Solid, inviting, and full of country character, it’s a fine example of early‑20th‑century craftsmanship, perfect beside the fire, at a writing desk, or as a standalone accent in any interior.
