An Early Victorian Sterling Silver and gilt Vinaigrette by FRANCIS CLARK, Birmingham 1841.
A Victorian silver gilt vinaigrette, of rectangular form, beautiful engraving on both sides, the hinged cover opens to reveal a gilt interior, with a pierced hinged grille, fully hallmarked to the interior. Blank cartouche. Contains the original sponge.
Measuring 2.7 cm x 2 cm x 0.8 cm and weighs 9.1 grams.
In very good antique condition, hallmarks are good. Usual signs of wear all commensurate of age and use.
