A particularly attractive pair of burr walnut bedside cabinets dating from the early 20th century. These elegant cabinets are beautifully figured throughout, with finely matched burr walnut veneered tops and drawer fronts displaying rich colour and striking grain patterns.

Each cabinet is fitted with two drawers retaining their original decorative brass drop handles and stands above an open storage compartment, providing practical bedside storage. The corners are adorned with carved floral and foliate appliqués, while the moulded top and base are enriched with finely carved scrolling detail. Raised on elegant carved cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet, the cabinets possess a refined and decorative appearance inspired by the Queen Anne style.
