An early 19th Century FRENCH papier mâché SNUFF box with a Hunting Scene with horseman & hounds on the lid, writing to the bottom of the lid ‘La Chasse au Lievre’ or The Hare Hunt.

Measuring 9.5 cm x 2 cm.

In very good antique condition for its age. A few chips to the edges and the writing is faded but otherwise good.
