Tunbridge Ware is a form of decorative inlaid woodwork originating in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, characterised by geometric mosaic and parquetry patterns.

Craftsmen utilised various naturally coloured woods glued together into triangular or square strips, which were then cut into thin veneers and applied to solid timber structures such as rosewood, walnut, or sycamore.
