Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The quality is outstanding, they are a very useful size and have gorgeous walnut grain patterns.
The drawers run smoothly and have fine, hand cut dovetailed joints, the handles are finely crafted from Bakelite. The backs are nicely finished in walnut as well, so they can be used as free standing items.
We have had them stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent. The inset bronzed mirrored glass tops have been newly made, they are immaculate.
