Description

A Victorian Bronze Metal presentation table snuff box, the hinged cover engraved PRESENTED TO ALEX THOMSON BY JB 1848.

The reverse has an inscribed verse making me think it’s probably Scottish or from the North of England.

Measuring 7.5 cm diameter x 2 cm high and weighs 144 grams.

In good antique condition. The snuff box has a personalised presentation engraving that has lost some detail due to age and tarnishing, nice patina, very tactile.
