An elegant antique carved oak wainscot armchair. The chair features a decorative panelled backrest with intricate carving, shaped open arms, and a solid oak plank seat above a shaped front apron. Sturdily constructed, it stands on four turned legs connected by straight stretcher supports, combining stability with traditional craftsmanship and period charm.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout, showing some signs of age. There is surface wear, including age-related marks and scratches, fading to the seat, arms, and back, splitting to the seat with some loss, and loss to the edges. Despite these imperfections, the chair remains solid and structurally sound, retaining its 18th-century character.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
