Set of Six Quality English Gothic Oak Dining Chairs

A superb quality set of six, English 19th century antique solid oak and very ample dining chairs, very much a Bruce Talbert design and most probably made for a library or institution around 1870, in the Gothic manner. The oak seats are wonderfully deep, shaped and comfortable with the back rests featuring well carved top rails with arches and turned spindles. All six are in excellent, very strong condition and they are all a wonderful colour. The chair front legs are very well turned and finish with the original castors. A lovely set of six antique solid oak Arts & Crafts dining chairs, high quality.
