Antique French Oak Over Mantle Mirror

1900 - 1920
Description

A superb french oak over mantle mirror that dates to around 1910

In original condition with a medium brown waxed finish

It is constructed in the Empire style with nice rope carved friezes along its’ edges, fielded panels with carved shields, ribbons and acorn finials

Has light foxing in one corner of the mirror which really adds to its’ charms

Measures 45 inches high, 48 inches wide and 3 inches deep

A quality item which is a real statement piece that would grace a period or contemporary setting
