Rare Set of Six William Morris Antique Oak Dining Chairs

A superb quality, solid oak long set of six Arts & Crafts antique dining chairs by Morris & Co around 1875. They are an ample and comfortable model, featuring ring turned front legs that finish on a pad foot. The back rests have a wide upright splat with a shaped top rail. All six are in excellent, strong condition, all are in the original finish and with newly upholstered clean drop in seat pads. A chair design by William Lethaby for his friend William Morris.
