This large Italian Renaissance Revival cabinet from 1800 uses dark brown walnut with a rich timber tone and a polished finish. It has two doors holding large relief carved classical Roman panels depicting figures, flanked by large turned column supports and architectural pilasters with pyramid-point blocks at the base. The woodwork includes an ornately carved double cornice with a mascaron mask detail centred under dentil moulding, repeating egg-and-dart friezes, and tiered block feet underneath. Signs of age appear as minor surface wear and lighter abrasion marks along the lower mouldings and corners. The structure stands 244 cm high, 163 cm wide, and 74 cm deep, providing interior storage behind the decorated doors.
