Pair of George 2nd walnut side chairs, circa 1750, they have a shaped cupids bow top cresting rail, resting on a pierced baluster back splat and mortise and tenoned peg joints. The front leg has a canted corner with lower H stretcher rail, the chairs are of a good scale being 21 inches wide at the font, they are structurally sound.
