This early 19thC English giltwood mirror retains it’s original glass plate. The gilding is in overall good condition. There is a small sprig missing in between the broken pediment as can be seen in the photos. It is possible that the back boards have been replaced to secure the plate at some point but are totally secure. It is a good countryhouse piece but being a smaller size, would also work well in a contemporary interior.
