Very good quality and decorative French 19th century Empire style armchair with a beautifully carved mahogany frame and the current fabric, although not new is certainly recently upholstered. The back is also upholstered to match so the chair can free stand.
Well carved with the classical dolphin arms and the scales up to the join of the arms to the chair back.
And elegant chair but also comfortable, without compromising on style.
