A George III period, set of six, elm, country dining chairs, Circa 1790. These chairs in Sheraton country vernacular style, constructed in well figured solid English elm. Featuring a squared back with triple stick slats. Drop in seats covered in doubled layered silk blend fabric. Tapered legs, supported by H-stretchers

A quality set of charming chairs, well presented with excellent upholstery. Frames with some marks and signs of use, but with good colour, polish and patina, and in good overall condition. Ready for use.

Dimensions:

These chairs measure approximately 90 cm (35.5") tall, 51 cm (20") wide, and 46 cm (18") deep. The seat height is approximately 46 cm (18").

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - These chairs are in a good condition commensurate with their age, and are structurally sound and sturdy. There are some age related marks, blemishes and signs of wear on the frames. No loose joints, some sympathic repairs. Reupholstered with high quality luxury fabric. Very sturdy and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.

Returns

A 30-day return period is offered for peace of mind. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Return transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Responsibility for the item remains with the buyer until it has been safely received back.
