A wonderful quality 19thC, beautifully uoholstered, carved rosewood armchair. This is a lovely and extremely comfortable chair. There is some shrinkage to the rosewood as you would expect from a chair of this age but the chair is completely stable and this is purely aesthetic. It does not detract from the overall look of the chair or the stability. It is a traditionally English countryhouse look
