An excellent quality Carolean revival armchair.
Late 19th century-c.1890.
Constructed from walnut. The carving is of excellent craftsmanship, which is very intricately, delicately and finely carved.
The chair back and seat are caned which is in excellent condition.
The frame is in excellent antique condition with very minor signs of use to the wood.
Lovely characterful patination, with the walnut having a rich colour.
Very solid, sturdy and strong.
