Very decorative and very comfortable pair of French armchairs or ''fauteuil'' with vintage upholstery, but in good useable condition as they are, or you may prefer to have them re upholstered.
I often remove the tassels and replace with a simple braid, in order to see those lovely turned and ebonised legs and change the style of the chair considerably.
The current pale green upholstery is vintage, but is in good condition, you could have it professionally cleaned and keep them as they are. Some marks from age and use, but nothing major
