Chinese Hardwood (Padouk) Corner Chair

1900 - 1920
Description

Another fine piece of Chinese padouk furniture, this time unusually a corner chair, as you can see from the photos a very nice shaped and very useful chair made from solid hardwood in about 1900.

The condition is nice and original with a beautifull patina, these chairs were made without the use of screws or nails and just jointed together, as you can imagine the joints wear but this is still a sturdy useable occasional chair ready for immediate home use.
