Dimensions:W: 105cm (41.3")H: 173cm (68.1")

Large antique French gilt Louis XV mirror.

It dates from around 1880.

It has its elegant real gilt (gold leaf) on gesso egg and dart frame with a large shell and leaf crest and side scrolls

It has its original glass with no scratches just very light foxing (spots gained through age), enough to show it is antique glass but not enough to affect the reflection.

It has all its original backboards.

Perfect overmantel or plenty tall enough to be a freestanding leaner mirror.
