Billy Hunt & Co. has dated these Edwardian Mahogany Bedside Cabinets to the 1910s.

These are of lovely quality with fall front drawers with striking boxwood inlay working with Stone patent hinges and have stunning Art Nouveau copper and brass original handles, the cabinets are raised on fine cabriole legs and with a rather shapely “tray” style top.

The condition is good with sensible and genuine historic wear - they have not been repolished and display a warm even glow and marks to the top but both cabinets sit firm with no wobbles or sways, both are quite weighty for their size. Panelled sides and backs are good with one slender split to the rear of one cabinet. The drawers are working as they should and both are ready for placing after a careful clean.

Price is for the pair not 1.
A fine pair of Edwardian antique cabinets, English C1910.
