A lovely camphor wood blanket box, constructed in solid timber with well‑cut dovetail joints at the corners — a mark of quality craftsmanship and long‑lasting strength. The wood shows beautiful natural grain and the characteristic warm, aromatic tone associated with camphor. The lid is fitted with four brass hinges, opening smoothly to reveal a clean interior with honest wear from years of careful use. To the sides there are attractive brass handles, adding a decorative flourish and making the box easy to move. A practical and charming storage piece with excellent construction and timeless appeal.
