Description

A charming original bedroom or 'slipper' chair by Howard & Sons.

Circa, 1850.

Raised on turned walnut forelegs and splayed rear legs, complete with original Cope Collinson brass castors, with the firms earlier number stamp method to the rear left leg .

Professionally and traditionally upholstered in a striking blue Howard and Sons cotton fabric, the exact specification of the original found on the chair, featuring a deep buttoned back rest.

Great form and comfort, structurally very good.
