A 19th Century Anglo Indian Padouk And Brass Bound Deed Box

A sunstantial box with lovely colour to the outside.
 
I particularly like the key and label ''DEED BOX KEY-DO NOT USE'' which threw me into an Alice in Wonderland like condundrum
 
Good original untouched condition. A little shrinkage gap between the moulded sections on top, one corner section of brass slightly raised, verdigris on the mounts (see images)
