Description

A stylish and decorative antique countertop display shelving unit dating from the early 20th century, featuring 2 tier glass shelves supported by brass uprights with turned finial.

The shelving is constructed with thick glass shelves held within a brass framework, with adjustable brass thumb screws and decorative cast brass base mounts. The design makes this unit particularly well suited for the display jewellery, perfumes, small collectibles, or luxury retail merchandise.

The rich patinated brass has acquired a wonderful aged character over time, enhancing the clean lines of the glass and creating a light appearance. The turned finials and traditional brass fittings boost the piece beyond a purely functional shop fitting, giving it a decorative appeal.
